A $0 bond entry is also not a release promise. It may be tied to a court order, hold, probation or parole issue, ADC commitment, another agency, or a no-bond status that the list does not explain.
Arkansas County Roster Fields

Arkansas County Profile Details
An Arkansas County inmate profile gives more detail than the list view, but it still leaves out many records a caller may expect. The field gaps are just as important as the visible data.
